At the distance of 5 kms from our vineyards, in the village of Khornabudji, in Signagi district there is the winery equipped with modern technology of the company «Della Toffola». The winery was launched in 2002. The winery began producing high-quality wine from the grapes from our own vineyards, that is how the high quality of wine is obtained.
Winemaker technologist Mr.Didier Mailhe, invited from France, supervises wine production at the winery. He productively works together with highly skilled Georgian winemakers. The attraction of the foreign specialist and modern equipment allowed us to apply the advanced methods for production of different types of wine.

The I stage of the winery building is finished. The expansion of the winery is going on. The productivity should achieve 30 thousand decalitres of wine per year.

The grapes are brought to the winery in wooden boxes. Due to this the grapes are not crumpled which allows to produce high quality wine.
